Ta Wei Huang is a Taiwanese artist working across painting, animation, installation, video, and programming. His practice examines the emergence and disappearance of images and data, utilizing deletion as a performative strategy to reconfigure vision and sensory experience. He is the founder of deledele Lab, an experimental art collective investigating non-human spectatorship—including AI models, plants, and insects—extending his inquiry into the subjectivity of perception in an age of advanced technologies. Walking serves as a perceptual ritual in Huang’s artistic method, through which he develops a visual vocabulary that fuses embodied experience with data erasure. His diverse projects span film production design, concert visuals, and festival curation, with exhibitions held in Taipei, Beijing, New York, Kyoto, and Singapore.
